Two years' worth of ink based on average monthly print volumes of 290 pages for EcoTank ITS home and office printers and 60 photo prints (10cm x 15cm) for EcoTank ITS photo printers. Calculations for EcoTank ITS home and office printers are based on the lowest bundled black ink yield for the following printers; L310, L382, L386, L486, L565, L605, L655, M100, M105, M200, L1300, L1455, L3050, L3060, L3070 (excludes the L120).1
The comparable ink cartridge calculation is based on the lowest yield cartridge used in the top 20 competitive A4 inkjet printers according to the IDC EMEA Hardcopy Tracker (Data Q4 2016) in the period January 2016 – December 2016. The calculation was based on the competitors’ standard cartridge yield divided by the average Epson ITS Ecotank printer’s bundled yield.2
Quoted yields are extrapolated based on Epson original methodology from the print simulation of Test Patterns provided in ISO/IEC 24712. Quoted yields are NOT based on ISO/IEC 24711. Quoted yields may vary depending on the images that you are printing, the paper type that you are using, the frequency of your prints and environmental conditions such as temperature. During the initial printer setup, a certain amount of ink is used to fill the print head’s nozzles, therefore the yield of the initial bundled set can be lower.3
