EVGENIY DZHAKSIMOV

Sales Director, AFIS and CIS

Evgeniy Dzhaksimov is the Regional Sales Director for Epson’s AFIS and CIS regions within META-CW Asia. He develops and executes sales strategies aligned with the company’s global vision, leading a diverse team and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Evgeniy began his career at Epson Russia in 2007 as a Business Development Manager for projectors, advancing to Chief Representative for the CIS region before relocating to Dubai in 2022. He holds an engineering degree in Optoelectronic Devices and Systems from MIREA – Russian Technological University and enjoys football, chess, and history.

JASON MCMILLAN

Sales Director, Middle East & Türkiye

Jason McMillan is the Sales Director for Epson Middle East & Türkiye, part of the META-CWA region, managed from Dubai. He drives growth across print, audio-visual, and commercial verticals, with a strong track record in leadership and market share expansion.

Before joining Epson, Jason held positions at several global technology companies, delivering growth and profitability. He holds an Electrical Engineering qualification from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Residing in Dubai, Jason enjoys outdoor activities, water sports, golf, fishing, and spending time with his family.

NATALIE HARRISON

Marketing Director

Natalie Harrison is the Marketing Director for Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia from Dubai. She leads the marketing team in defining and executing regional strategies.

Natalie joined Epson UK in 2018 as Manager of Marketing Services for the UK and Ireland and has held senior roles in various industries, including technology and gaming. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and an MA in Marketing and Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University. Now based in Dubai, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and exploring new cultures.

CHARLEY STEVENS

HR Director

Charley Stevens is the HR Director for Epson META-CW Asia, leading the HR department for the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia from Dubai. She fosters a diverse, inclusive, and innovative environment supporting individual and organizational growth.

Charley joined Epson UK in 2018 as a Senior HR Advisor and advanced to Head of HR – CISMETA in Dubai. She holds a CIPD Foundation Qualification in HR Practice. Living in Dubai with her husband and daughter, Charley enjoys active training, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, driven by her purpose of ‘enriching the lives of others’.

RAZIA MAHOMED

Services Director

Razia Mahomed is the Services & Support Director for Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia from Dubai. She leads the Services & Support team with a customer-centric approach, enhancing productivity and transitioning services from cost-based to profit-generating.

Razia joined Epson in 2020 as Services & Support Manager for MEAFIS and has a background in services, support, and finance within the technology sector. She holds a BCom in Finance and Management from the University of South Africa. Residing in Dubai, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

NEIL COLQUHOUN

President

Neil Colquhoun is the President of Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing the dynamic Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia region from its headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

Neil joined Epson in 2012 as the UK Business Sales Director progressing to various EMEAR leadership positions, with his final assignment in Epson Europe being Vice President, CISMETA. 

Neil has a BSc (Hons) in Manufacturing Management from the University of Sunderland. Neil lives in Dubai and enjoys football, yoga, hiking and scuba diving.

RYO TACHIMORI

Vice President – Business Operations

Ryo Tachimori is the VP of Business Operations for Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing HR, Finance, Legal, IT, IA-J-SOX, and Facilities from Dubai. He focuses on cultivating a valuable organisational culture and efficient management systems to deliver long-term value.

Tachimori joined Epson Japan’s HR in 2000, advancing to leadership roles in Epson Singapore and Seiko Epson Corporation. He became General Manager of HR and Health Management in 2021 and was appointed to his current role in December 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Doshisha University and enjoys traveling and playing baseball.

SUAT OZSOY

Vice President – Commercial Operations

Suat Ozsoy is the VP of Commercial Operations for Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing business units, supply chain, and sales teams from Dubai. He ensures consistency in commercial strategy and operations, focusing on logistics flow and homologation.

Suat joined Epson UK in 2016 as Business Manager for CISMEA, later becoming Director of Emerging Markets and Business Imaging for EMEAR. In 2021, he moved to Dubai to lead the Emerging Countries Business Unit. He holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Istanbul University. Suat enjoys basketball, water sports, and exploring nature.

JOSE AZCONA

Legal Director

Jose Azcona is the Legal Director for Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia from Dubai. He develops long-term legal strategies, manages legal risks, ensures compliance, and fosters stakeholder relations.

Jose joined Epson’s Netherlands office in 2017 as Legal Counsel for EMEA, later becoming Senior Legal Counsel. He has experience from international law firms in Brussels and holds two LL.M. degrees: one in European Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and another in International Business Law from American University in Washington, D.C. Now based in Dubai, he enjoys football, tennis, swimming, and running.

CHRISTINE CHUA

Strategic Planning Director

Christine Chua is the Strategic Planning Director for Epson META-CW Asia, leading sales analysis and planning for the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia from Dubai. She provides strategic input and drives operational rigor for the senior sales leadership team.

Christine joined Epson in 2019 as Business Planning Manager in the UK, advancing to Senior Business Manager in Dubai. Her prior roles include Channel Operations Manager and Marketing Communications Manager across various technology brands in Southeast Asia and Europe. She holds a degree in Marketing from Charles Sturt University and enjoys traveling and watching movies.

ARASH RAZIEI

Finance Director

Arash Raziei is the Finance Director for Epson META-CW Asia, overseeing financial strategy and operations for the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central & West Asia from Dubai. His responsibilities include regulatory compliance, budget management, financial performance optimization, and strategic insights for business growth.

Arash began his career at Epson in the Netherlands in 2008, advancing to Head of Finance Control for EMEAR. He has also worked in the US and returned to the Netherlands to lead Project Office and Treasury. He holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands and an MSc in Applied Science from Davenport University. Arash enjoys swimming and playing tennis.
